Request & Booking

• The apartment prices are for 2 – 6 people (depending on the number of people and apartment; minimum occupancy 2 people) and excl. Tourist tax 2.80 € per person and day (from November 1st, 2024 – 4.80 €) from the age of 15
• Children up to the age of 3 are free!
• Surcharge up to 3 nights
• In winter pre- and post-season, a surcharge is possible for weekend reservations.
• Breakfast on request for 14.00 € per person and day / children depending on age
  

Pets:

Due to hygienic reasons, we regret that pets are NOT allowed.

Arrival and Departure:

Check-In from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know.
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to check-out the apartments by 9:30 a.m.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are only valid in written form.
In the event of late arrival or early departure the booked days will be billed according to the Austrian hotel regulations.
Corona is no longer a reason for free cancellation, so we offer you the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Booking notes:

The apartments are booked for the number of people you specify, additional people are only possible with a telephone or written agreement and will be charged with an extra charge.

Reservation/ Deposit:

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit and your full address (including telephone number)!

Payment:

Cash payment or bank transfer (in advance) possible. We also accept credit cards and EC cards.

Travel Insurance:

Are you looking forward to your vacation? But a lot can happen before you arrive and during your vacation! You have the option of taking out cancellation insurance from the European Travel Insurance! more…
